Treasure Trove´s Lemon Cake

Our clients love our lemon cake! That´s why we would like to share our recipe with you:-)

For the dough you would need:

4 eggs 200 g sugar

200 ml sparkling water

200 ml sunflower oil

300 g flour

1 package of baking powder

1/2 juice of a lemon

Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir together. Bake in preheated oven at 180 º C for about 30-40 minutes.

For the icing glaze:

200 g icing sugar

The juice of half a lemon

Mix the icing sugar with the juice of the lemon. Then spread it over the cake when the cake is cold. Enjoy!
